ManpowerGroup is one of the four companies whose initiative created the Polish HR Forum in 2002 (at that time operating under the name \u201cUnion of Temporary Employment Agencies\u201d), associating leading companies in this market sector.<\/p>\n<p>Manpower\u2019s representative is a member of the highest authorities of the Polish HR Forum. This membership is a guarantee that services offered by Manpower comply with provisions of the Polish law and are in line with European standards.<\/p>\n<p>In the first stage of its existence, the organization has developed a Code of Ethical Conduct, defining professional standards in the provision of temporary employees, which all members of the Polish HR Forum are obliged to comply with.
