According to the latest report, in Q1 2022 employers will have to face the competition for candidates at a record level. The Net Employment Outlook (the difference between the percentage of companies planning to expand their teams and the percentage planning to reduce the employment) reached + 25% and is one of the highest results in Polish survey history.
