In this role, the Front Office Functional Lead will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with business SMEs and product leadership team to ensure comprehensive and accurate requirements analysis is in place which supports the business objectives
  • Driving solutions in alignment to best practices and enabling capabilities through technology partners for Front Office Products (Bullhorn / ROMA / Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Building and managing relationships with business and technology stakeholders using the PowerSuite Front office products and articulating the product vision and strategy in alignment to the business goals
  • Work closely with the implementation partner
  • Managing the over-all business demand and intake process for the front office capabilities by capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming requests and requirements from various stakeholders
  • Owning and prioritizing the backlog that it reflects the most valuable features and capabilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the stakeholder and the development team
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training reference materials
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the business capability success and identify areas of improvement
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, end user needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance product offerings

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the industry relevant to sales, recruitment and front office processes and understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable plans
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, Java, JavaScript, SQL, .NET)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor product performance and gather user insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Motivated, self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with various project management and software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile methodologies
