Information Obligation

According to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data; and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC , Official EU L 119, 4.5.2016 (hereinafter: GDPR), I inform that

1. The co-administrators of your personal data are companies forming the ManpowerGroup Capital Group (ManpowerGroup Ltd., MP Transactions Sp.z oo, ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp.z oo, Proservia Polska Sp.z oo, MP Services Sp. Z oo with registered office : at Prosta Street 68 in Warsaw 00-838, MP Management Ltd. with headquarters at 85/87 Sienkiewicza Street in Łódź 90-057); then as: WADO.

3. WADO appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector, with whom contact is possible: by e-mail: [email protected], by telephone: +48 22 50 40 715, by post: ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw.
4. Your personal data will be processed by WADO in order to carry out recruitment for a specific job.
5. The legal basis for processing personal data provided is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR). Expressing this consent is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Prosta 68, 00-838, Warsaw, or by personally reporting to the headquarters or any branch of WADO.
6. The recipients of your personal data will be WADO Clients in connection with the implementation of recruitment goals. WADO clients are entities seeking job candidates. The recipients of your data will also be the Entities that process these data on behalf of WADO, with whom agreements have been concluded for the provision of services, for instance infrastructure, analytical, IT, in so far as it is necessary for the implementation of these contracts.
7. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, which is made up of European Union countries, as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.
8. Your personal data will be processed until the recruitment process has been completed for a specific job (unless prior consent is withdrawn), and once the recruitment process has been completed, the data will be kept for the period necessary to establish, investigate or defend claims, which is legally justified WADO interest within the meaning of art. 6 par. 1.f GDPR.
9. You have the right to request access to your personal data from WADO, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to data processing and the right to transfer data.
10.You will not be subject to automated decisions (decisions without a significant human contribution), and your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
11.You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
